- The first thing to do is look for a key on your keyboard with the Microsoft logo on it or with the letters “WIN.” This should be located either above or below the spacebar. If you don’t see one of these keys, don’t worry – there are other ways you can find your Windows Key.
- The second thing to do is open up the Control Panel by pressing the “Windows+X” key combination (the “Windows” key being located near the spacebar). Once in Control Panel, go to System and Security and then System. - You can also find your windows key by downloading third-party software such as ProduKey or Winkeyfinder. These programs allow you to easily locate and recover lost or forgotten product keys. Just download and run them on any version of windows (including XP/Vista/7/8/10) and they should give you all of your product keys in no time at all!
